The owe towards the society is fulfilled by doing civil and valuable acts for society”. This is the life motivation of Mr. Ali Evsen, the president of EVSEN Group of Companies.
Ali Evsen was born in Adana, Turkey, in August 20, 1962. He studied in the high school of his native city, while after he completed the studies at the university in Azerbaijan capital, Baku, in the Law Faculty. The student’s year, friends and hospitality he found in Baku made him very keen on Azerbaijan and the generous spirit of its people. The studies as a jurist, the intuition of Mr. Evsen and his work spirit made him become soon a very successful businessman. The Evsen group started its activity in 1990. Ali Evsen is one of the main investors in the state economy of Azerbaijan, offering thousands of jobs and heading different charity campaigns.
Till now, EVSEN Group has fulfilled a series of productive projects, as result of an intensive and continuous work. One of the main impulses that persuades and encourages this person for a creative activity is love: love for fatherland, love for family, love for all the people. Ali Evsen feels to be a small soldier of the “great Turkish world”; he is a person in love with the Turkish people. Indeed, he manages to push aside his close interests and to transform in a servant of civility, for the sake of progress and development of his country. His path toward success is based in faithfulness and given promises. The communication means between him and the Turkish people are a lot and on the way. In the business field he’s known as a conscious person, which has a lot of attention and wisdom addressed to his people and country. Among his main businesses are the Azsamand services, Elite Complex, Azerbaijan Electronics Co. Ltd, the?airline company Albanian Airlines, the leasing companies, and a lot of other businesses.
The Elite Complex
The Trading Center ELITE is a center of its kind. It has no analogues. The AZSamand Services
The Service Center AzSamand is a joint structure with the fabric AzSamand of the EVSEN Group of Companies. This center deals only with the AzSamand automobiles. The company has predefined for the automobiles a period of one year warranty or 30 000 km. The charge services are offered at reasonable and satisfying prices. The services are accomplished with modern machinery, according to international standards, and the works is leaded from experienced and highly professional experts.
Azerbaijan Electronics Co. Ltd. has its headquarters in Shamakhi. Azerbaijan produces refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, as well as other electrical domestic productions. With Chinese and Malaysian companies’ experience, this company produces high quality devices. The fabric extends in an area of 20 000 square meters and the yearly production capacity reaches 210 000 refrigerators and 300 000 air conditioners. With the hi-tech line of production and testing devices, all the productions have a full guarantee. Azerbaijan Electronics fabric is being built in Shamakhi, jointly with AzSamand and Star fabrics.
In this fabric are planned to be produced all kind of refrigerators, air conditioners and washing machines. STAR refrigerators fabricated here function with a no frost system, with two cameras, with different volumes of 332 l/356 l/430l and are equipped with thermostats for an automatic adjustment of temperature. The refrigerators are silent, in overload or normal mood. Furthermore, it has as well drawers and suitable shelves to conserve different foods and to warrant a long and qualitative preservation of foods, as meat, milk, and other nourishments.
“A” Leasing
The Evsen Societies Group has expanded its activity and created “A”, a leasing company which offers financial services. This company is licensed from Azerbaijan Justice Ministry and is registered in February 3, 2006. Nevertheless a new company, it is developing faster in the world market. The leasing company “A” offers these kinds of services: operational leasing, financial leasing, sub contractual leasing. Leasing is a financial service. Due to its development worldwide, in Azerbaijan as well, leasing became an alternative of purchasing the main assets (i.e. devices or properties) for rent to leasing companies with long terms or secondary terms. After the loan contract’s terms end, the main assets are transferred to this entrepreneur according to a predefined price. Leasing, compared with assets purchase, enables the entrepreneur to use the allocated funds for other purposes, in order to increase the profits of his own company.
