The rules applied for carrying liquid and similar substances in hand baggage.
You can carry liquid, gel and aerosol in your hand baggage each contained in containers of maximum 100 milliliter inside a sealed bag of 1 liter.

A. Liquids included in the restriction:
-All kinds of liquid including water, syrup, drink,
-All kinds of cosmetics including cream, lotion oils (including cosmetic oils), perfumes, mascara (excluding the lipstick in solid form)
-Shaving foams, deodorants
-All substances in?a form of paste including toothpaste; semi-solid food such as jam, honey, yoghurt, molasses and sauce, contact lens liquid, shampoos.

Other substances similar to the ones listed above.

B. Exceptions applied in special cases:
-Medicines (provided that they are prescribed on the name of the passenger or a health report / document stating that the passenger should use such medicines is presented and such medicine is kept in its original package.)
-Baby food (provided that the baby is also travelling on board and up to the amount required during the flight.)
-Security officers may ask you to document the exceptional case or may make you taste the medicine / baby food / liquid at the check point.

What should I do if my baggage is damaged?
When you find out at the end of your flight that your baggage is damaged, you should apply to Lost Property Department of our Contracted Ground Handling Company and have a report issued before leaving the airport. For the damage and defects you can not realize immediately, please apply to our Ground handling company within 7 days. Besides, you can contact and inform our company. The documents that should be submitted to Lost Property Office by the passenger while the report is prepared;
-Travel ticket,
-Baggage label,
-Identity (Identity card, passport)

What should I do if my baggage is lost?
For your baggage you could not receive at arrival and the damage you immediately realize, please present your travel ticket, baggage label and identity card at your application to Lost Property Office before leaving the airport.

What should I do if my baggage is not found?
If your baggage can not be found within 5 days, please apply to our nearest airport Ground handling Company lost property department together with the information about the content of the baggage, baggage label and excess baggage label if any and your identity card. Besides, you can contact and inform our company.

Can I take my golf/climbing materials, bicycle with me during my travel?
Yes, you can have such materials with you against fee. However, you should inform our ticketing offices or the travel agency while buying your ticket.
